Dominion Family Restaurant

Amazing meal. Great service. We showed up not long before closing time due to the first restaurant we went too not having a cook and they were happy to serve us. Did not feel rushed. Will be back next time I'm in chapleai for sure! Edited to add: the vegetables were the most flavorful vegetables I've ever had in a restaurant!! I'm still talking about it days later.

This is an A+ example of a small town diner. Food is great and service is phenomenal. Even when they're busy, the servers are kind and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the carrot cake cheesecake!

The waitresses were stretched thin, so service was a bit slow but that was fine as we enjoyed the local atmosphere and waited for our meal. Breakfast was excellent and we were so glad that we ate here. I loved the coffee.Food: 5/5

I didn't realize this was a Greek restaurant when I went there was just trying to find food I'm definitely glad I came here! I ordered the chicken linguine Alfredo and the portion size was huge I had to take some back to my motel which is unlike me to not finish a meal. The waiteress was nice and we had a good chat about Greece , languages and authentic Greek food that they serve. I'll definitely be coming back in a few days when I'm back in chapleau.

Was hoping to check out Chapleau Hub but they were closed. After driving around more, we found this place open for lunch. Had a beer and a gyro. Food was good and waitress was very nice. Nice inside too.

During our motorcycle tour we had a one night stay in Chapleau. A local suggested Dominion Restaurant for dinner and they weren't wrong. We ordered the pizza which were fantastic as well as the service that was provided by Cris, the son of the owners. Kudos to this family for providing your community with wonderful food and great service. We did however return for breakfast the next morning before our departure to a not so friendly server, but who's really friendly at 8am on a Sunday morning. Lol if we are ever back in the area we will return.

Had the eggs Florentine. My hash browns were delicious and crispy. Hollandaise was good, spinach was fresh and eggs were poached perfectly. Staff was friendly and polite. Did not care for the flavor of the "butter" that was spread on my English muffin, but that was a personal preference rather than a flaw to the dish.
