Dolphin Dry Cleaners CrowFoot

I have been sick with a nasty flu and to add to my woes my dog threw up on the duvet. I took it in for dry cleaning around 11am and it was ready by 3pm same day! I won't be freezing tonight! Always great service and good prices. Thank you.

Took in 3 dress shirts and 2 pairs of dress pants for cleaning. When I retrieved my clothing 3 days laters I noted that the dress shirts were not very well cleaned. One shirt was passable, however one shirt had a black streak stain down the back that had not been there previously, and the other still had a simple food stain on it. When I brought back the two questionable dress shirts, I was greeted by an unimpressed and annoyed looking lady who did not seem happy to see me walk in with two dress shirts still tagged and in the plastic. I explained to her the situation and but she was not hearing any of it. Despite simply apologizing and offering to re clean them, she accused me of wearing the shirts! I had just picked them up a day ago! They were still tagged and in the plastic bag. Even the tags were still stapled around button holes for petes sake! She offered to finally re clean them but "offered no promises". I knew right then in there I should have said forget it. When I returned to pick up my two dress shirts 4 days later, the same lady was there. No hello or barely any words spoken to me the whole time I was there. Same annoyed approach. To make things worse, one of the dress shirts is still stained! Unbelievable. You can't make this stuff up.

I took in a pair of pants with a huge stain I have been trying to get out on my own for two days and when I picked it up this evening it was gone like wow and front desk lady just have to say she's pretty and she's a talker lol and awesome
