Dolly's Cocktail Bar

The food was good, especially the chicken drumsticks. The atmosphere and decor is a little much, but definitely suited for people who enjoy it. I would try it again, but you'd spend a lot to feel full.

Great cocktails, delicious stir fry and salad! The decor is amazing inside. One star taken off due to the staff hanging around the bar visiting with each other instead of assisting their tables. Otherwise great experience.

This is definitely the cocktail bar YEG needed! I had a girls night the other weekend and we had such a blast. The cocktails are fun, the staff were super friendly, and it’s the cutest place ever! Definitely will be back xx

If you're doing a vibe-check, Dolly's gets 5 stars. From the pink decor to the cocktail names, they clearly understood the assignment. The p-star martinis, though poorly named for a place that errs toward cute vs trashy, were our table's runaway favourite and will knock you on your butt!. The cons? Very pricy for what you get, and most of the share plates only come with 3 so you need to pay extra to feed 4 people. The food itself doesn't fit the theme it's mostly Peruvian, and was pretty lacklustre for the cost. We had the chicken lollipops, cheese empanadas and potatoes; only the chicken lollipops were memorable. Overall, a fun place for an Instagram moment but can't say we'd return. We did get great service though!

This was an amazing spot for some cocktails and eats! The decor was so fun and the servers were a delight, this is definitely a great spot for some instagram photos. The food was delicious, we got the chicken lollypops and the empanadas which I highly recommend! My only complaint was that the cocktails were a bit pricey for the portions, but they were still very tasty.

This was everything I expected it to be. The amount of detail that went into the interior design was obvious and the food and drinks were amazing. It was a lot of southern USA, mexican fusion food but very well executed. Our favourite appetizer was the plantain stacks with mango salsa and guacamole. The Dollhouse drink was like a smoky watermelon jolly rancher. Loved it. And our waitress was super sweet! It was a busy and loud place, especially with a DJ playing, and the entrance hall is a teensy bit cramped. Not the best for a catch-up, but great food and drinks so overall I'd love to come here again.

When I first heard about this place I thought - WOW! A Barbie themed cocktail bar - I’m in! Well, turns out it is Dolly Parton themed which is just as fun and JUST AS PINK. The decor and atmosphere of this restaurant is very fun, and if you remember when Fu’s was in the space it’s impressive how they were able to transform it. The menu is a select of Peruvian share plates which I am not sure relates to Dolly Parton but maybe I’m missing something. The food was good but I find that in a small space like this restaurant it is hard to order 2-3 plates without them starting to fall off the table eventually. I really enjoyed the drinks here though - the Pomeranian is INCREDIBLE. Aperol & Prosecco - yeah you don’t need another cocktail after this one. Honestly my only cons of this place are how small it is which can make having an intimate conversation with a friend seem nearly impossible and is likely hard for the wait staff to navigate around politely and the food menu I found very confusing and not related to the theme. Otherwise - you gotta check this one out! Have a drink in the pinkest spot in Edmonton.

Dolly’s Cocktails serve up great cocktails and fantastic chicken lollipops, but be ready for small, overpriced portions. Reservations are a must to avoid uncomfortable seating by the entrance.

Great place for cocktails with your friends! The music is pretty loud, but it makes for a fun atmosphere. The pink decor is so cute and unique! We had a great time.

highly recommend! it has a beautiful back patio & the overall aesthetic of the place is so unique and feminine and fun. the food & cocktails were high quality and the service was great even on a busy Saturday night. I feel like this is quickly going to become a go-to cocktail spot for a lot of people.
