Dollarama

I purchased an item from this Dollarama store and discovered it was defective and unusable when I got home. I returned to the store the next day. After some discussion, they agreed to replace the item, but all the replacement items they inspected had the same defect—the entire batch of this item in the store was defective.nFurthermore, a woman who appeared to be a manager or supervisor spoke to me in a raised voice. I had to ask her to speak calmly and respectfully. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and poor customer service.

there is a kid named Jordan who works there and opens all the hot wheel boxes and takes the product for himself before filling up the pegs. Manager is aware and lets him hold it until his break to purchase them. Unfair to customers who travel there to look for specific cars. Needs to be looked into

I come here all the time I love the staff here, I once bought three boxes of fruit roll ups and this is a storage and shelving issue not a staff issue but I had bought a box of fruit roll ups that was expired 3 months ago and the manager allowed me to get other products for the same amount. The selection here is awesome too, I never took vitamins before living in the Keele and Lawrence neighborhood now I take Jamieson's men's daily vitamin every night before bed thanks to my local dollarama

This is like a secret dollarama!nFully stocked, clean, brightly lit. Tons of parking put front as it is part of the plaza just behind the first row of shops. I was really impressed and pleasantly surprised with the amount and variety of gardening supplies and decor. They just need larger bags of soil and they're set. Typical variety/aisles such as kitchen, storage, auto, crafts, pet, food, cleaning, hygiene/beauty, party supplies, toys, batteries, labels, books, stationary, hardware, travel, balloons, candy, seasonal eater, Canadian when i went today. This may be my new go-to dollarama!

All the other workers were extremely nice and friendly, except the manager who was extremely rude to my mother and I, even tho I only asked for a box likely the other worker was very kind enough to give me the empty box. Plus the only reason the manager didn't want to give me the large box was because she was too lazy to throw out the smaller boxes inside it horrible customer service on her end.
