Worst service I've ever had, period. I made my appointment on September 9 to change my windshield on September 12. I was told to bring my car in 30 minutes prior to my appointment so they could order my windshield. My car was supposed to be done by 3:30, and by 4:30 I called because I didn't hear back. They told me they hadn't even started on it and it was going to be done first thing the next morning. I wasted an entire day waiting for my vehicle which I found parked in the same spot I left it in the morning. To top it all off, they called my insurance to tell them I'm making a claim before they even did the work, and told me I was responsible for calling them to cancel!! Rude staff and speak to you as if you're in the wrong. This place is garbage.

Bad service. They are very unorganise. Everything i agreed with them didn't work because of dummy reasons.

Bad customer service, they sold wrong dell light bulb to my wife for a chirstmas gift. They would not recognized their error and they didn't want to take them back... They said that see forced them to sell it to her... How could she, she does not kwow anything about cars!!!
