Do Rego Supermarket Portugues

The last time I bought meat specifically “Picanha” at Rui Gomes it was clear that this meat doesn’t “Picanha”! Also everybody can see in the pictures a lot of fat that I removed! Since a got to Canada I made referal this place for everyone, but now I have doubt about this place.

Go to place for Portuguese import foods and fresh deli/meat/fish. Also has a prepared meal attached kitchen next door if you want quick portuguese food. Lots of parking - more than most places. High turnover on popular items so most things tend to be super fresh. I recommend the house smoked sausages

Fantastic canteena. Unbelievable portions, friendly staff, tasty food and quick. Been there 3x. This time I had a expresso, it was so good, and believe me, I needed it.

This is a great Portuguese grocery store. That have a huge selection of imported Portuguese grocery items like coffee, cheese, fish and soda, to name just a few. They have a large assortment of Salted cod. They even make their own Portuguese sausage right on site. They even have a small Churrasqueira Barbeque restaurant attached to this store. There staff are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a good selection of Portuguese items, this is there place to go.

Used to be a customer for over 3 years mainly for the meat and I'm a Top Sirloin Cap Picanha lover. But for the last 4 times I went there I'm getting lower and lower quality on the meat. Horrible taste, probably old meat and/or not well refrigerated meat.

Mainly Portuguese speaking staff, reasonable prices and meat is fresh
