Disney Store

Love the Disney store. It’s what I grew up on. All the great Disney characters in different forms of memorabilia. Just a really cool store. There is a Disney princess area. A Disney movie viewing are. The staff is friendly and attentive. It’s got a great ambiance. I felt like a kid while in the store.

Friendly staff. Store give you the taste of Disney land in the United States. Prices are higher right now. Over all I liked this store. I recommend people to visit. Thank you to store staff for keeping the store running during the pandemic. Keep it up folks.

Everyone is super friendly, love the atmosphere. Good for both kids and older kids at heart .

Really cool to see all the selection they had. Definitely orientated towards kids. Was hoping to pick up some clothing items for myself, but definitely didn't have my size for what they had. Really neat to see the variety of Disney items they had. Their focus when I went was mainly on Moana and Frozen. It was cool to see all the toy story figures they had too.

It's like a little spot of Disneyland right here in Edmonton. They have great selection of products. If you see something you like, don't hesitate on buying it. We've been burned a number of time by saying we will buy a dress in a month only to find out it's now sold out or limited sizes left. Their clothing seems to move quick.

The store is laid out quite well with friendly staff. They do not allow drinks into the store but do offer a space to place your drink while you shop. They also have a mask policy that does not allow people wearing neck masks into the store but they will provide you with the typical blue mask at no charge.

This Disney store like pretty much every Disney store has impeccable service. The people working were very friendly and helpful in a non intrusive way. The staff interaction with kids always looks like they are making even a shopping trip magical.

It used to be a magical experience for kids. It's not anymore, and their prices are ridiculous, and I saw them kick someone out who was having a medical emergency which made it so I won't go in again. If that's how they treat "guests", I'm not interested in being there guest.

Somewhat limited sizes in their clothing but otherwise they had a great selection of products and the staff are very helpful. Great selection of over the ear masks!

Everything magical! Except there's no shopping baskets to carry everything because of COVID. They won't put it on the counter either, so you have to walk around carrying everything in your hands. I would of bought a lot more if there were shopping baskets.
