Discovery Land Daycare is fantastic! My daughter has been attending for three years. The staff genuinely care for the kids. The director Alecia effectively leads her team and shows true passion and cares for each kid. It brings us peace of mind to see our daughter excited to go to daycare and have a great time. During the summer months they have lots of field trips and actives planned , they go outside daily year round, they do activities inside and they learn and so much more. We highly recommend Discovery Land Daycare!

Our Daughter loves her time spent at Discovery Land! Whenever my wife or I enter we are greeted instantly. All of the staff are attentive and the director is very approachable. Highly recommended if you and your child are looking for a well run down to earth daycare experience!
Parents beware!!!!!!! My 2 little granddaughters have been going here for a few months now. I had concerns the first time my daughter brought me here to pick them up. We just walked right in. No locked doors. Went inside and didn’t see an adult until we called out for one. One of my granddaughters has a government add that works with her because she is mildly autistic. This is the report she gave us todaynnHi!nnI spoke to Parent at pick up regarding concerns I had about the daycare. This was relayed to one of my team members during a visit we had today, which she has become aware of my concerns.nnIf I were a parent I would want to know what is going on, so here is what I’ve gathered over the past few weeks…..nn-Guiding by headn-Pulling/ grabbing by arms to direct children.n-“go now” “ go” when they want the kids to do something.n- Tries to leave me with kids that are not En-Ignoring children who are kicking or hittingn- Yelling their names across the classroomn- When someone’s hurt not helping re directn- Threatens children by saying things like ill put you in the office “she will leaven-No routine/ structuren-Way too many transitionsnSaying one thing then doing another such as : “ we’re going outside” then won’t take them outside.n- Last week a worker was sleeping at a table with kids around hern- I haven’t seen an activity planned or prepped since I’ve started at the daycare.n-Staff seem to be checked outn-No locks on doors and or cameras.nVery concerning information! My grandchildren have been pulled from this day care and I suggest you talk to your children and make sure they are ok. Currently we in the reporting process with the government and child services. Keep your babies safe everyone.
My children have been going here for almost two years, The staff who take of the children are great. It’s very reliable child care. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because of the strict nature of the office staff. They are hard to work with, We pay ALOT of money for child care, especially in summer. They should try to more accommodating of families schedules.
