Ding Tavern

We grabbed some take out off a recommendation from a local business owner. The pies were great. One basic pep and sausage and a Buffalo Chicken pizza, both extremely tasty. My wife got an Italian Beef sans the cheese because she's allergic, but it was delicious! If it had the cheese, I'd say it would be better than Portillos! I had the Ding Mac and it was killer. The fries were great and the onion rings were on point! The staff was very friendly while we were waiting and assisted with getting the dart machine up and running for us. We'll be back in the future for sure!

Wow the food is good on Fridays! "Crabby Patty" crab stuffed haddock... so yummy! Be prepared to wait if you want a table. We arrived around 7 pm and did not get a table until 8. However, the food wait was minimal - got it fast and it was hot out of the kitchen. Friendly staff~!

We're from Chicago originally, so we are pizza snobs. Their thin crust square cut pizza is as close to a true Chicago style pizza as we've found up here.Food: 5/5

I've been coming to this place since I was a little kid and have seen it change over the ages. Nice, redone grill, kitchen, bar, bathrooms and dining area. Beautiful views of the Pine River. New menu, and from the sounds of it very tasty wings. Also quick access to the snowmobile trails. Deffinatley be back.

First time at the current version of the Ding. Mid seventies was my last time. This place is great. Three of us enjoyed the experience, and we didn't even sit outside. Next time for that experience which includes a beautiful view of the Pine River. Food was great!

Food was excellent and very quickly made for our party of 12. We did have to take food away as the place doesn't have seating for a large party.Food: 5/5

Food is delicious but they definitely need to have a waitress for dining. Having only 1 bartender and no wait staff does not give the best customer service. The food is fantastic and comes out very fast.

Loved the Food here. Freshest tomatoes I ve hever had at a restaurant on my burger. Bacon was so good! Loved the chicken fajita bowl!

Let me start by saying that I have a few friends that love this place. I just took my family there for the first time the other day. It was full except for 3 seats by the bar. The bartender asked if we needed menus but never brought us any. Never even offered us drinks. It was obvious that they were trying to run it with just her and a cook. Very understaffed. After being ignored another 15 minutes, we left. Probably won't go back.
