I have been coming to this branch before they took over new building. I have been with DCU since I came in to the United States and have not any issues with them. This branch is nice. I have personal account and business account with them. I read the negative reviews and it does not reflect this branch. My opinion is that these are personal and specific cases. Nonetheless, I appreciate this branch and it’s employees. Thank you DCU.
My recent dealings with DCU Bank at Gold Star Blvd have left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. The issues I encountered were not just simple mistakes but glaring examples of incompetence and dishonesty within the management and staff.nnThe trouble began when I took out a car loan through DCU. During the application process, I specifically requested gap insurance to protect myself in case of a total loss of the vehicle. I trusted the bank to handle this crucial detail, assuming it was included as requested.nnMonths later, when unfortunately my car was totaled in an accident, I was shocked to discover that no gap insurance had been added to my loan.nnWhen I approached the bank to address this issue, the response from management was appalling. They denied any responsibility, insisting that I had declined gap insurance during the loan application, which was blatantly false. The lack of accountability and willingness to admit their mistake was deeply concerning.nnMoreover, the customer service throughout this ordeal was abysmal. I had to make countless phone calls and visits to the branch, only to be met with evasive answers and empty promises. It was clear that the bank's priority was to avoid rectifying their error rather than providing genuine assistance to a loyal customer.nnIn the end, I had no choice but to close my account with DCU. Trusting them with my financial well-being was no longer an option after such a severe breach of trust and professional incompetence. The process of closing my account was needlessly arduous, further highlighting the bank's disregard for customer satisfaction and basic ethical standards.nnI strongly caution anyone considering banking with DCU to think twice. Their management cannot be trusted, and their lack of integrity and accountability can have serious consequences for unsuspecting customers. Protect yourself and seek out a bank that values transparency and respects its customers' financial security.

Currently limited to $500 per day transfers by ACH because of fraud. Otherwise, it's a very good credit union with good customer service.
DCU bank is a horrible bank to bank with The customer service are rude on the phone and they don’t know what they doing I would advise anybody don’t bank with DCU
