I've been in the translation business for over 30 years in Yellowknife, NT . My territory is vast and I needed a receivers that was tough as nail and easy to use ... believe me its all that and more . We do a lot of translation as we have 11 official languages in the North. Vito is number one in customer service and great shop repair all kinds of electronic gear also . I would recommend Digi-Sat Plus Technologies. to anyone who is serious in having a great product and great service. I have been working in the interpretation industry for over 20 years as a technical director and primarily have used only infrared technology. After 20 years, I have found an FM system that compares in quality, looks great, is easy to use and is solidly built. However, one of the best features of working with Digi-Sat Technologies is Vito. The level of customer service is top notch and he's extremely responsive and ready to help at the drop of a hat. The customer service was the icing on the cake!

Digi-Sat Plus technologies came to our rescue by designing, and rapidly manufacturing, an innovative new simultaneous FM interpretation receiver, which we immediately deployed with great success at numerous events for our clients. Their thorough methodology, attention to detail, and excellent customer service enabled us to get the product out, from concept to shelf, within 9 months, which is incredible! The FM interpretation receivers are very easy to use for the delegates at conferences and sound really good compared to more expensive units in the same category. All units are very rugged in design and extremely reliable. Being in the rental business, these are imperatives for us, as it translates into almost zero downtime and immediate turn-around for re-testing and shipping back out to next events.
