I gave this place three stars because it is possible it was an off day or they were just really understaffed. Don't get the wings, they are sad. Birds died and nothing was gained by their sacrifice. The green beans taste like black pepper stew. They forgot part of my order. That being said it looked like a bunch of online orders came in and there was only three dudes working there. Friday at six and they had only three people working. They were set up to fail.
I will not be coming back to your restaurant which is a shame. This is probably the 5th time iv had a horrible experience in the last year. Every time we decide to give it 1 last try. My wife got to the door a couple minutes before 8. There was also a door dasher there to pick up an order. She knocked and the employee walked away. Google shows you are open till 9 and your app allows us to place an order till 9. Our order was supposed to be ready at 8pm. On top of this, I have received rude service multiple times, received wrong orders multiple times. The “Owner” even called me one time to apologize, asked for my address to send me a coupon and never even sent it. How can I expect to receive good food, friendly service and give you my business when the owner doesn’t even care? I was told, it’s food and we will never really be able to find people that care. It’s just unfortunate.
Perfect way to say goodbye to Texas for now. Employees were super: happy and friendly and efficient. Place was busy. Food was fantastic brisket and sausage, coleslaw I’m going to get more to take home for my husband!
Worst restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. The staff don’t know what they are doing or have any good customer service skills. They drop items on the ground and use them and put them in the bag. They take food prep as a joke I wouldn’t trust them with any food coming out that place. It’s a shame because the foods decent id get new management before the health department has to shut them down
Always great. Brisket was not as tender as I might have liked but everyone else liked theirs. My son liked his pulled pork. And he's normally very picky. Service was very good and pleasant.Food: 4/5
The food wasn't great, it was good. The service could do much better. The employees weren't happy because I needed to look over the menu/monitor because it was my first time there I was the only person in line. They liked to mumble rude comments under their breath. The atmosphere was okay because it was quiet.Food: 4/5
I have come in several times as a doordasher, they are always friendly and helpful. Today I decided to stop in and eat myself, the staff helped with my gluten free restrictions and the food was wonderful. I got the 3 meat plate and the brisket is one of the best I have had since living in Michigan.
Ordered online from wing boss which I is apparently Dickies BBQ pit. My girl and I waited for our wings which should've showed up at halftime. Yet the food never showed. Owner said he would call back so I waited 45 mins then called them back 4 times in a row until I got an answer because it's...the Superbowl. He said he'd make it right the night is kinda messed up already but we'll see if they make the effort to do a refund at the minimum. The owner said it was door dash's fault. Very displeased and screwed over to say the least. Will change the review depending on updates..

Food is great. Staff is a little inexperienced, so I bet after a year or so this location will be moving a lot more efficiently. Prices are decent, especially good for barbecue. Ribs are probably the best meat on the menu, but nothing was bad. Sides were standard but well prepared. Layout is a little strange and the location is difficult to get in and out of because of Baldwin. Recommended.
