Ordered a bouquet for my dad to give to his sweetheart for Valentine's. I gave them some favorite colors, asked for a boho vibe and let them run with it. They provided all around great service, the flowers were fresh, and the design on point. Great purchase, would recommend!

I ordered a floral arrangement on 10/6/2021 for my husband's one year memorial service at church. I normally DO NOT post about subpar experiences but this really had me bothered. Picture 1 is what I ordered in the premium price which is the largest size. Picture 2 is what they gave me only I after I had them pull the picture up on the computer, as what they presented me was NOT what I had ordered. There were a total of six roses in their first presentation to me and these horrible large green pom-pom looking fillers. I still was not satisfied with what they gave me but they were closing at 3:00 PM on Saturday, so I took it home. I went to Sam's Club and our local Giant Eagle to purchase additional roses, hydrangeas and fillers for $25.00.- got to work at my kitchen table and created something picture 3 that was much closer to what I expected to pick up. If they didn't have the flowers and needed to make substitutions, they could have said that at the time of my order. I was giving them the business as a local company but this experience really disappointed me.

I called on 05/08 from out of town to have flowers delivered to my mom on Mother's Day. She received them today and sent me a photo. I was disappointed. You sure don't get much for $75. I specifically asked that the predominant colors be pinks and purples. The arrangement has maybe 6 small pink carnations and nothing purple colored. The rest of the arrangement is yellow and orange carnations and two Lillie and babies breath. The colors do not mesh well. I doubt if I call them again. I'll try somewhere else first.

Had to go to a funeral. Unfortunately. The flowers were perfect. Perfect! They were very, very professional and helpful. Everything is going up right now. I thought it was a little pricey but other than that I was very happy

After day 3 my tropical $100 special order arrangement started dying. I took pics and called a few days later. They said it was past 5 days so their was nothing they could do now. What about the pictures I have from day 3 that are time stamped with the date? Also my fiancé buys me flowers once a month from here and we will NEVER BUY from here again.

I live in northern Alberta, Canada, and was looking for a way to get flowers to my mom who lives in Vienna, Ohio without using one of those order online websites that then dispatches to a local shop; these guys were immensely accommodating and easy to speak with. I chose an arrangement from their website and they didn't hesitate at all when I asked to customize colors. They didn't have a couple flowers in the colors I asked for seasonal, it happens but I told them the important part was that it had white lilies, and that her favorite color was purple. They created a stunning arrangement that she absolutely loved! I'm so grateful because I don't think these guys knew what this gesture meant to both myself and my mother. It's so worth it to call a shop directly!

They have a wonderful selection. Very friendly,helpful with suggestions. It's the only place I use for shopping & sending their beautiful Arrangements.

I am not one to leave a review, ever. I also order flowers from this place at least 2-3 times a year. But, today for my mothers birthday I order her flowers online. I call to check and make sure the order is going to make it to her today. Buying flowers is not by any means cheap. The woman by the name of Carol had let me know that there would be a substitution on the roses because they didn’t have them. I said what are the color options. She said it is very close to the same color it will look the same. Well, it is not nearly as full or as beautiful as what i wanted for my mother. Disappointed today and will be looking for somewhere else to be doing my bouquet ordering. I call to share and was treated like an idiot and was told the count of the flowers and that it looked like what I ordered. When in fact the vase was even completely different.

This florist has been around for so many years and always has quality as well as beautiful flowers. Ordered again for my mother in the hospital and is always very pleased... Would highly recommend.
