I live in Florida but ordered flowers for a local funeral in Ohio.  BRIEL'S called to let me know some of the flowers in the arrangement I had chosen, did not come in as promised and what could they do?  The arrangement turned out beautiful, even nicer that what I had originally chosen. Briel's always gets mt business because of this level of customer service!    I have used this Florist for years to send flowers for funerals, birthdays and other celebrations to our Ohio family.  Thank you again Briel's !!
