Our service was awesome. Great waitress, but the owner decided to very rudely give us a lesson about what kind of steaks to order, like it was our fault the ribeye was 75% fat. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this one is needed. I hope the owner was just having a bad day because if that is how she runs her business, I don’t see it making it another year.
I stopped in for the first time since they moved locations. We were greeted and served by Donald at the bar. He was friendly and efficient. The decor is fresh like the vibe. I ordered a Mushroom and Swiss Burger with fries and it was perfectly cooked and served hot. I brought take-out food home for my wife and she enjoyed hers as well. Thanks for everything.
The chef salad was delicious,big enough to share or for another meal...My first time here but not my last !!! I did take off the hard boiled eggs and bacon bits ,here are some pictures...
Had a serious issue with the way the owner handled an issue we had with the ribeye sandwich. Not being the kind to typically complain about food, we were hesitant to say something. However, we politely brought it up. The owner was instantly defensive saying that we should have ordered a leaner meat if we didn’t want any fat. She continued to sarcastically ask if we’ve ever had a ribeye before and that it is the fat that gives it the flavor. I understand that that is a part of it, but when you can’t chew through the steak because of the amount of fat it contains… that’s a problem! Our whole table was in shock with how poorly she handled this situation. •Poor quality steak •Poor quality service from the owner We will NOT be returning!
Ya know, I had been to the older Diamond Jim's a few times, and didn't care for it. This place has a totally different feel. Totally renovated, and a good feel. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
My husband and I sat down at a table and sat for 40 minutes while tables around us got menus, served food, and drinks while we were ignored. . Sad, I really would like to support local businesses. . I have never been treated so rudely by a restaurant ever.
This was the first night of reopening and it was great. We got burgers and they were good, mother in law got the club sandwich and loved it. I'll have to add that we have been looking for and authentic old school club and they didn't disappoint. My only con would be that they only offer steak fries.Food: 5/5
I liked the old place better. Cold atmosphere, burger was cold with cold bun...don't know if I will return. I've always supported nd Jim's. Very disappointed.Food: 3/5
Holly is the beat server I have ever had. Really friendly and very chill. Loved the drinks too. All in all I give it a 4.8Service: 5/5
It was very busy- food was great- could have used one more server. If you sit by the door and people are waiting to come in be prepared for a chill!Food: 5/5
