I called Diamond Glass and got booked in quickly and easily. Their customer service was friendly and patient with finding a time that worked for me. They quoted me an amazingly fair price and what they quoted is exactly what I paid in the end, no hidden costs or surprises. The work was clean and  showed attention to quality. The owner  explained to me what work needed to be completed, in detail and with honesty, which I greatly appreciated in order to have piece of mind. I'll be taking my car in to them any time I have glass issues and I'd highly recommend them to anyone I know.

This place did a fantastic job at replacing my windshield. Unfortunately, the installation did have a little hiccup and I lost a minor plastic cover when driving down the highway. I called them and told them what happened. They were nothing but kind and apologetic for the occurrence. They did an excellent job at resolving the issue for me and free of additional cost. I was impressed by the level of effort and care they put in to ensure the problem I experienced was taken care of.

The worst customer service and worst job done!!!!!! My driver side door window glass was broken and they put the new glass and even didn’t clean the old glass pieces from inside the door. I tried the window button to check If it goes up and down but the glass was going up and come down automatically. I asked the lady there it is not fixed yet. Two gentlemen came and looked at the problem and said it will be okay after couple days. I waited for two weeks but it has never been fixed, it was a time consuming. I came back and they wanted me to be waited for long time to fixed the problem. It was an unprofessionally job they had done to my vehicle. I am not recommending this shop to anyone, because they lied to me that the problem is going to be ok after couple days. They have to be careful what they says. Note : Never email the guy replied to you on the review, he is wasting your time. I have exchanged 10 emails but at then not helpful at all. Please don’t visit this shop at all I recommend go to any other shop in Calgary but not this one. They have worst customer service and worst quality of service,you have to come for the second and third time, wasting time nothing else at all. On Nov 9th I got my car windshield replaced by them. After driving may be 2-3 KM I noticed some scratches on the windshield. I called them right a way and spoke to the receptionist, she gave me a cell number and asked me send her photos of the scratches which I did right away then she told me that they can not replace the windshield for next 5 day due to glue, I said no problem but I won’t be able to drive to the shop then she said she will ask her owner and the owner will decide what to do. I spoke the the owner and he said that he is going to send a tow truck to two my truck next Monday but he did not send anyone. I called last week twice but nobody answered my phone so I texted the cell number and the owner replied to my text as though as he did not know anything. I asked him for his name he said Harp. Then he said that he will call me on Saturday but again he did not. Please take your business to some where else as he is a liar and I will not trust them with my car. I have paid for a new windshield and they will replace but I want others to know about them.

My front passenger window shattered while driving down Deerfoot. A friend of mine recommended Diamond Glass and I am very thankful that he did!  As Duamond Glass has a large warehouse of stock, they were able to get me as the first appointment the next morning.  The work took a couple of hours. I was able to leave my vehicle there and go to work. When I came back to pick up my vehicle I found it clean and the new window in. The ownership is friendly and transparent. Their prices are very affordable too. The price that they quoted was exactly the price that I paid.  They even have complimentary cold drinks in the lobby.  I hope that I don't have to come back, but if I do it will be Diamond Glass again.

Had my passenger side window broken into. Called around and diamond glass had the best pricing.  They were able to order the window and get me in the next morning for install. The worst customer service I have ever received !! I came for my appointment at 2 pm and they tell me the glass did not arrive. I spoke to them twice before I went and they did not bother to tell me. I drove 30 minutes and dropped my car and left. They call me back 20 minutes later telling me they don’t have the glass. When asked why this happened…all I received was attitude over the phone and no apology. They did not even offer an apology let alone any compensation. I am so pleased with the service I received at Diamond Glass for the replacement of my windshield. I researched online & called around before the replacement and found their prices to be very competitive. Then when I went in for the replacement service was great and the whole process was very quick. I would def recommend them.

The service was exceptional...the staff was super friendly... the cost was reasonable... I'll definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
