The A street location was my constant pregnancy craving, had a beautiful 5 course Vegan Meal. I still dream about the cantaloupe cream pasta baked in a tomato, and followed with brunch at least once a month with the little one. Not to mention unforgettable date nights with beautiful steaks and decadent desserts. Endless memories of side splitting laughter, tears of joy, and family. Then after the move, was one of my favorite Sunday Self Date Brunch spots. The chicken and waffles being my favorite. Telling anyone I could and dragging them along because they couldn't miss out on this food. One of my most awkward interactions happened but also ended up being a moment of growth and self love. Ms. D cultivated a place of pure love, comfort and a sense of being amongst family. Then to top it off, the food was always divine and the crew always doing their best to accommodate dietary needs. I am deeply saddened to see this place go but so grateful to have gotten to experience so much of it, and have it be such a pillar in my time in Idaho Falls. My love always and forever.
Food was good and many menu items are menu items found in the New Orleans territory. Few items were a little on the spicy side and menu is definitely on the pricey side. But food is good and service is excellent. The employees made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast here was really good! Our waitress recommended the Monte Cristo pizza because it was soon going off menu. It was crisp, and very good. They also serve mimosa flights, and bloody Marys.
Absolutely delicious food! We got chicken waffles, beef stew, coffee and hot chocolate. Everything was done perfectly. The chicken was crispy and tender, waffles were crisp and done well, the potato wedges were seasoned with Cajun spice and tasted great. Highly recommend. The place has a cool vintage vibe with tasteful decor. Loved it.
Deana and her husband are absolute rock stars! We had them cater our wedding elopement dinner for 18 people in Island Park. They came prepared and served an amazing spread! They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after. From the apps and charcuterie to the salad with the corn shoots, and the lemon herbed chicken and filet entrees, everything was cooked to perfection. My husband still says he dreams of that steak with the peppercorn sauce melting in his mouth. Thank you for making our first meal as husband and wife an excellent one! 10/10 highly recommended!!!
Unfortunately I just found out that Diablas Kitchen is losing their space. Hopefully they find a new location soon. Amazing restaurant with great food. I'm really glad they are back open for dinner! I went with the Vegan Nachos and would recommend to anyone, vegan or not.
I love this place! Feels like home, awesome building go when it's raining for a special treat with an awesome view. They put a unique twist to their menu which is a nice change. They have a whole cabinet full of hot sauces to try. Good home cooking and family owned. A must try!
The Diablas Kitchen was fantastic. I ordered the Gouda Mac and Cheese and it was amazing. The server was very attentive to our needs, but not annoyingly so. The view of the river is a great touch. Their cozy environment is very calming and was most welcome after a difficult week. I'd never gone here before this visit but I'll certainly be back!
The food here was outstanding! Very very good! Has a very homely atmosphere, very welcoming feel! 10/10 would come back and eat here again! The Ruben Sandwich was bomb! Soooo good! I had a fish meal can't remember the name and it was excellent!
I’m very impressed with their new location. They definitely put in slot of work to make it their own. Very clean, perfect temperature, great seating in the sun or out of the sun. Their staff are very kind and courteous. They aren’t the annoying “what are we having” fake type. The food was great always has been though. Likely the best biscuits and gravy I have had. We try to come here often and will continue.
