Deville Centre Hôtelier

I stayed in room 265 which was riddled with bed bugs. I received over 20 bites to my body. I emailed the hotel manager and reception after check-out to notify them of this in the hopes they would apologise and rectify the situation by cleaning the rooms more thoroughly in preparation for future guests. However, no acknowledgement of the email was received. The rooms are outdated and dusty. The evening reception was more of a hangout for the receptionist and his friends. For $250/night, I would expect service and amenities above what is offered here. Would not recommend.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the evening when it was time to sleep, the hallways was very quiet. It was like if we were the only one in that section of the hotel. The bed was fine. On the hold I was happy with my stay there.

Lovely staff who were very accommodating and clean rooms! We loved the coffee machine! Beautiful breakfast too!

Hotel as a while is ok. Carpet needs updating and it can use a fresh coat of paint. Rooms are clean , breakfast and gym are at the best western right beside the hotel. Location is good. Right in the middle of downtown. Would recommend it.

Had a great stay Thanksgiving weekend. Easy check in, comfortable bed and great breakfast included.nOnly complaint would be the bathroom, the tub and tiles could use an update.
