We create authentic, delicious Mexican dishes that respect your desires for a healthy meal without compromising flavor. Offering fresh ingredients, high quality, regionally sourced meats, daily specials, vegetarian selections, and 3 kinds of salsa made daily. Owner/Manager Jim Funk started Despo's in 1983. Respectful of our environment, we lean green!

This place was highly recommended by locals. We were visiting from Meridian, Idaho & almost went to a different place. After reading reviews and asking around we made the right decision. The pork Verde special was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. If you get red and green sauce be aware that it is .99 cents more. They won't offer up the info but will ask you if that is what you want. My boys loved theirs as well.

Really fun place!! Came here on a local's recommendation. They were spot on! Food and service were outstanding. We actually beat the rush and within 20 min of us sitting with 3 others tables, all tables were filled ans the place was jumping. You can't go wrong with the burritos and enchiladas. A Dos Equis or a margarita are an authentic must. Will be back!

Love this restaurant. It's casual, you can get in and out or hang for awhile with a glass of wine or a beer. My husband and I eat there at least once a week. It super fresh food. The owner, Jim has been making his salsa fresh every day for over 30 years

The food was great. I had the shrimp burrito, which was the best I've had in a long time. It was very crowded, but the staff was friendly. I will definitely go back.

Reminded me a lot of home in South Texas up in Sun Valley. Very Tex Mex type food. Small, little bit of a wait. Service was so so, took some time.
