I’ve been going to Desirable Nails for a few months now. They were my first choice when I decided to have acrylic nails. Even if I have to take an hour and half journey once a month one way to get to Cranbrook, it’s worth it. The technicians are quick but efficient, I’ve always loved my nails, they’re very clean and hygienic and super reasonably priced!Services: Kids' manicures

So disappointed. I booked the appointment prior 15 days. Appointment was at 9:30 but i was asked to come at 9:15. I said okay. I especially booked the appointment with Lee and maybe that is worst decison i have ever made. He was blaming me for the time that he needed to spend on my nails which was more than a hour. And was very rude with me. When i showed him the design he asked me to pay 75 dollars and while billing he put 84 dollars which was ridiculous. Very bad customer service!! Never going to come back and i am a youtuber and will surely post especially on desirable nails.
