This has to be the worst salon in Cranbrook. I came in with my son for a hair cut and they complete butchered our hair. My hair cut has zero shape to it and is to short to even get it fixed. My son's hair cut was extremely poor. I asked them to leave his side burns and they chopped them completely off. The top is cut uneven and looks terrible. Highly recommend you stay away from this place. We will never return

Worst hair cut I have ever had. I asked for a trim of my long layers and to please not touch the front as I was growing it out. The woman proceeded to give me a terrible 3 tier choppy hair cut and took 3 inches off the front. She then asked if I wanted a blow out and curled it so I didn't noticed how horrible it was until I got home. She also didn't tell me that she didn't speak or understand English well until we were done, so how could she have possibly understood my instructions. I would never, ever go back here.

Would not recommend this place for anyone used to go here all the time before the good stylist went to hair mob.loved it, since then I had gone and gotten a hair cut and the lady cut my hair so uneven that when I went back to get it fixed the receptionists was even shocked and when I got it fixed it was yet still uneven. Went back one more time and tried with a different lady getting my hair cut and yet the outcome was the same terribly uneven and poorly done. Have heard many of the same complaints from many other people don't recommend.

I got appointment pretty quickly. Dikshya not only trimmed my hair but also suggested the style that suits me best. She is nice and friendly and did her job great. I am happy with their service.
