Designer Depot

I bought 3 pants and 1 is good. And 2 was ripped and went to the Marlborough mall Calgary to return it today the June 4 2021, the lady is in the cash counter is so rude. and she not even know how to talk with the customers. I don't know how people are buying in this store. Very rude and hurting answers. Insulting customers. Very bad experience with this shop lady. She shouldn't be a sales employee Manager. I think the management is very bad.

I bought a pants and shirt , price 37.79$, then i went to another shop one minute away fairweather to find same pants and shirt for 18.89, identical, I went back to the shop to get my money back since its the sane identical peices. I asked to talk with the manager, instead of talking with the manager they called the security for me. They are the stealing my money and they called the security. They refused to give me back my mobey and instead they want to give a shop card!!! How i will think to come back to this shop again.i ended up dealing with security instead of talking with manager!!!!!!

If I could give u no star at all, I would do it. The lady who works there is the worst person I've ever met. She treated me as I came to take clothes without money. She rudely shouted on me just because I misunderstood her policy of using the fitting room. WORST worker in a clothing store where she has to be very friendly as a sales person.

Should really re think who you have as your employees. Being told I am rude and can leave the store because I simply stated where I had found an item and being lied to that she knew exactly where it was 20 minutes before and that another customer had moved it which is completely false considering I was in the store for 40 minutes looking around and trying on clothes and the first time I saw her was when her co worker went to the back to get her to ask for help.. it was all very un called for when I infact was not being rude at all. And your employee was very rude about it.

The girl working was super friendly and helpful. My only problem is the clothing seems to be mostly for larger waisted people finding anything 30/32 or 32/32 is hard and 30/34 or 32/34 is impossible. Other than that it's a good store.

Kalli is very friendly and provide great customer service. She wasn't just friendly with me but I consistently saw her providing the same level of service to other customers in the store as well in many of the times I came.

OMG.. i just left the store because the cashier asked me to wait while she is on the phone and then she hang up and continue to text her friend while I am waiting there to pay for my purchase..when I asked her to ring me through because I had been waiting for the last 10 minutes while she was texting and talking..she insisted me to wait, there was no other customers in the store..what kind of business is it..they dont want customers any more...never going back and they need to check their camera and see how their staff is chasing their customers out of the store..funny

Today is Friday July 3 2020, 3:00 pm I’m here at Marlborough mall and the designer depot is closed, I was going to buy shorts and T-shirts. I don’t understand why? Not good for business.
