I really love this store for the prices and cute stuff offered. Giving 2 stars because I was here today and the lady with pink hair had absolutely no customer service skills. Did not say one word to me the entire time I was in there I even helped myself to a change room, emptied the previous clothes out, and walked right in front of her! She just stood at the till slouched over texting. 5 stars for the store itself, 0 stars for the employee unfortunately, so overall 2.
Since the new shift of management in this store, it feels more welcoming and open. Everyone feels more pleasant to interact with and the manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a giant improvement of attitude since the previous manager.
The staff here is horrible. I shop at this mall frequently and have never had good service at Suzy Shier. I am never acknowledged when I walk in the store. The last time I was there to try on some dresses, I stood and waited for someone to open a fitting room for me for 15 minutes the store had 4 other people shopping. Once I was shown to a fitting room after having to ask for one, that was it… no one came around to ask how I was doing, if I needed different sizes, nothing! When I finally decided on a dress, I asked what the stores return policy was. “Exchange only within 14 days.” The cashier had an attitude with me, clearly thought she was too good to be attending to a customer that was dropping a few hundred dollars. The women that they hire in that store clearly cannot find employment elsewhere because they have horrible customer service skills. I will never shop at this store again.
The staff at this store are totally amazing!!! Attentive and friendly. Always ready to help you find the right size or suggest a new style. Plus the store is organized, bright and easy to find what I was looking for. But mostly the manager and her staff was the highlight of my experience!! Definitely will be going back!! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidaysto you all!!
