Dermatology Center of Rockland

If you like to waste time and burn money, this is the place for you. Was the first appointment and waited 35 minutes. I held up my end of the bargain and got there on-time. Once i went in, the doctor was with me for all of 30 seconds and gave me no information. Told me to talk to a general surgeon even though other doctors all referred me to a skin doctor. Was asked 3 times if skin cancer ran in the family, i answered yes, you would think they would do a quick check for anything, but no. Biggest waste of money i have ever seen.

I went there about 3 weeks ago, the Dr was a little rude. I have not been there for a while, when I decided to go back I was not happy with the service. I'm still waiting for them to send my prescription to the pharmacy. it is not the same thing as before......

Awful customer service, rude on the phone, never have their records straight and they should be charged a fee for the ridiculous wait time.

Honestly, the receptionists are EXTREMELY RUDE. The ones who answer the phones and the ones who are supposed to greet you nicely simply do not do so. I will never go back here. They need to learn how to speak to people in a kind manner. I had to call 3 times before I was able to get my documents faxed to a new location. I cannot say I've EVER had a pleasant experience in dealing with any of them. I wasn't fond of my dermatologist either. She was also rude and didn't seem concerned about my skin's condition. Horrible place.

Horribly rude and unsympathetic front desk staff. Impossible to get an appointment.
