I made the mistake of giving Dr. Cohen a chance, despite the TERRIBLE reviews and my own TERRIBLE encounter with her. First red flag: I visited her last year and she was very disorganized to say the least. She had paperwork all over her desk, patient's personal information and files were on display for anyone to see. Second red flag: She got a personal phone call on her cell phone and told me she needed to answer because it was her intern calling with questions. Third red flag: She had given me a prescription, trusting her judgement, I folded the paper and put it away without reviewing it. As I got to the pharmacy I noticed she had put another patients sticker and personal information on my prescription! When I went back to see her, she laughed and acted as if it was nothing serious! I should have listened to my gut and visited another doctor, but because she already had my file, I decided to take a follow up appointment with her. Fourth red flag: My initial follow-up appointment was scheduled for April. Days before my appointment, I received a call that my appointment would be re-scheduled to a few days later as Dr. Cohen would be out of office. Again I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Days before my appointment I once again received a call that my appointment re-scheduled to early May. For the 3RD TIME, days before my appointment I was called to re-schedule. I will no longer waste my time seeing a Dr so unprofessional. She clearly does NOT put her patients first and her license should be reviewed! If I could give ZERO stars I would!
Waiting time is too long. I have seen the doctor 2 hours later than my oppointment time. The receptionest said there are only 2 people in front of me. But I waited 2 hours!!! The waiting room, examination room and the restrooms are not clean and hygienic. The place does not like a clinics. Instead it looks like an under the counter place. The doctor's attitude is not professional. She asked me irrelevant questions about myself and my background. When she understood that I am educated and conscious, she changed her attitude. But I did not like her overall behavior.
I had an appointment today at 12:15pm, logically I’m thinking it’s an in person appointment but when I arrived they told me that the doctor will call me and it’s not an in person appointment. She never called and wasted my time.
Looks dirty inside. Waiting room looks like you are waiting to see a gypsy witch not a doctor. Disorganized! People without appointment pass before others with an appointment. People with appointments after you pass before you. It's a disaster! Do not go there unless you really like unprofessional service and waiting time!
They just don't care! I did my blood test in January, still no news until today. Called three times before to find out about my results. Dre called once and only two weeks after. She asked me how she can help, didn't even take the time to read my file before calling. I had to explain what I need, what was done and so on... Zero profesionnal, zero care and receptionnistes talking to you as if you are bothering them. Despicable service.
I don't even know where to start. I have never seen or had bad experince as I had with Dr. Cohen , if you can even call her a Dr. First off my appointment was supposed to be on Feb 11 at 1pm. I get a call from the secretary a couple of days prior saying she might be late for the phone call as they have meetings .. no problem I'm not waiting in the waiting room so I didn't really care. She tells me to send pictures to this email. super unprofessional email btw. I get a call the night before the appointment at 9h30PM!!!!!!!!! weird but wtv i dont care. Im trying to explain to her my problem and having a hard time as its hard to explain in words. i proceed to tell her , dont you have the pictures infront of you? she tells me , to tell you the truth no, its not working ... but im a dr i know what you telling me...she goes ahead to diagnose me with something she has never seen and prescribed a million medications creams and all nonesense. WITHOUT SEEING THE PROBLEM. i have literally waitrf 2 years to be called by the CRDS and this is what i get? Just for context.. its been 5 -6 days and the pharmacy has received nothing from them. She passed my medicare card for a 4 min conversation and called in a day. Im going straight to college des med. Alot of people arent aware of this! i encourage everyone make a complaint. ive worked for in the medical system for the past 8 years, never seen this in my life. AVOID.
It is to worse place ever. After they pushed the appointment several times, the Dr. simply never showed up at the appointment. There were no explanations or reasons. I waisted my day chasing after them. I really don't recommend this place
Dirty place but I mean really dirty and not just the waiting room but the doctor office too, long wait, they cancelled on me last minute several times. Patient files in my face while I'm alone in the room waiting for the doctor. I didn't check them but I mean they are just there anybody can check at other people files, no privacy. No organization whatsoever, they had lost my file and paperwork sent to them.
Unprofessional, so rude Waited too long
