Called, got put on hold for 30 mins, then hung up on. Would give 0 if I could because that's what you've earned, your earned yourselves.
The receptionist pick up and hung up the phone right away.
Loved the service. I went to see doctors at least 4 times about my issue and no one was able to figure it out until I saw Dr. Melanson over there. Yes, as in any other medical clinic I had to wait for a good 30min but it was all worth it. Plus, they have a radiology center which makes it really convenient!
Absolutely no service over the phone.. put me on hold right away and never come back .. line hung-up automatically after about 25 minutes.. waiting for an hour and still no service
