We have usually had a good experience here except recently when my wife inadvertently paid with credit while withdrawing money. The then very exasperated cashier told her that he would give her 37$ instead of the 40$ she withdrew saying that the bank charges him fees which is illegal according to the OPC's website and would not have amounted to 7.5% of the transaction anyway. After 20 minutes of debating, a manager had to be involved and she was very nice and solved the issue promptly but the cashier still kept being passive aggressive in his statements about my wife all the way through which was very unprofessional. He should own up to his mistakes of never specifying that the transaction should be debit only or making it so the system only takes debit on this transaction as I have seen in other dépanneurs.
