Dentalworks -Medina Grande

Appointment started 30 minutes late then I was informed that there was not enough time to clean my teeth and offered to reschedule for another time the following week. They then offered for me to wait another 30 minutes and then they could complete the cleaning. While I appreciate them offering to do the cleaning, I ended up spending 3 hours at this office in total just for an exam and cleaning.

Love this dentist office!! Growing up I hated the dentist but as a 31 year old grown woman I still hate the dentist but I love the people, atmosphere and everyone is really good looking! Lol seriously though, they tell you everything they’re doing so that you understand exactly what’s going on. They make you feel super comfortable

Amanda does a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining what I need to work on. I Actually enjoy my trip to the dentist. All the staff are friendly.

I had a massive fear of dentists. I took my son here and ended up making an appointment for myself at that time. I almost cancelled a few times but I didnt. I am so thankful I went! Everyone here from the front desk straight through to checking out was fantastic!! My dentist was so kind and didnt make me feel bad for waitning so long. The hygienist and her assistant were phenomenal! They put me at ease the moment I sat down. Thank you so much Dentalworks!

My experience was horrible! I called bc my insurance had changed and unfortunately the amazing dentist I had been seeing was no longer in network. I was having discomfort with a tooth so I called and scheduled an appointment to have it extracted or filled. After an 1hr and 1/2 of a full mouth ex ray and periodontal exam I finally saw the dentist, who again focused on everything except the tooth bothering me. I felt like I was dealing with a sales pitch instead of a dentist office! After all that I was told I needed to see a specialist for the tooth I was having issues with! They were willing to pull it but then tried to sell me a partial or implants!!! Then tried to charge me more than I would have to pay at the dentist that was out of network!! Needless to say I left and was nearly in tears bc I still had a tooth that hurt!!! The only reason for the one star is because of the front desk staff who were very nice!!
