Coming here is a hit and miss sometimes. The food always great the service is good one day and not so the next. Breakfast is great but if you order something else other than breakfast it's a miss. I ordered nachos but the server forgets to tell you that they are out of sour cream and salsa before you order, and only tells you when you asked for them. Breakfast is great, never had an issue. Now I know why people only ever gets Breakfast at Denny's.
Ordered from Dennys using their online ordering system and was very satisfied with my meal. I ordered the chicken tender dinner with spiced fries and wavy fries I ordered the hashbrowns the previous day and they were meh plus onion rings. The spiced fries were GREAT and I'm glad I picked the option. Great flavor and I enjoyed every bite. The chicken tenders were juicy and flavorful and I thoroughly enjoyed them as well. The wavy fries were kinda bland and I would pass of those next time. Onion rings were great and had a nice crunch but not over cooked. Would order this again next time I hit up Dennys.
Great brekkie. Despite being short staffed and busy, the professional waitress Neelam did an amazing job bussing and politely serving with a smile. Didn't even need to wait long for refills. Thank you! Great hot 55+ brekkie, strong coffee and ready for my long journey today.
Denny’s tried to pass off chicken nugget meat as chicken breast meat. Their menu clearly says chicken breasts are supposed to be used to make the fried chicken. The staff could not tell the difference between white meat and dark processed meat. But they did quickly switch out my order with a different dish. 2 stars for them
Jorn was our server, he was awesome! He was the only one serving the whole restaurant and did extremely well. He was so kind and had tons of great advice for us for activities and places to go as we are from out of town. We really appreciated his kindness and service!
I stop by here every time I pass through..always good..just had a turkey dinner yesterday there and it was amazing.
Had a great breakfast yesterday and this morning with Jorn as our fabulous server! Eggs Benedict were wonderful. Quick and friendly service before we hit the slopes. Thank you! See you again tomorrow!Food: 5/5
The food tasted good it was hot and fresh... The reasons for a low score are ....... Ok, we were seated at a table for six,There were 2 of us, and this alone isn't such a bad thing. It was really cold at the table so we asked to move to a different table, she said no problem, she promptly cleaned the table, and we sat down. So it took the server 10 to 15 minutes to ask us what we wanted she was the only server. There were four tables plus us and another table just sitting down. So we ordered right away, and the food came in good time. My wife's moons over my hammy was pretty good and loaded with fries. My santa-fe skillet was about a 2/3 of a skillet. It was also hot and fresh, but a bit small. So all in all the food was pretty good but a bit cheap on mine... So....here is my problem with my visit. After we got our food, we noticed we didn't have any cutlery. No big deal asked the server, and I said, "Can we get some cutlery, we don't have any" so she went and got us some cutlery, and instead of just putting some cutlery on the tableI wasn't looking for a sorry or .... anything up to this point it it was a no big deal visit, the wait was long but whatever no biggie....anyhow she said "there wasn't any cause you left it on the other table" and then lost her charm......she got her 10% and we left... So yes, I'd go back again as I pass through, but I'd like to say this don't blame customers for stuff you didn't do. There wasn't a problem and you made one. The restaurant seemed really understaffed. The cook came out, and what appeared to be was cash out a customer. I'm not sure. I like to give out five stars for places I go. I'll go back in the spring and eat again, I'm sure it will be better.
Order was missing the primary toppings, spaghetti was missing sides and no options for sides other that fries or red potatoes. Server was super sweet when she did ever come around. Cook needs to cook as the customer orders not as pleased ; learn the menu please
I was dumbfounded by what I experienced in their Revelstoke branch last Aug 14, limited tables, dim lights and the ambience is dull. Looks like new management is running below Denny's standard, felt I was in a different country. I got out as soon as I can cause I felt I won't get the service and quality of food I get from other Denny's branch. I was right as I went to see other reviews and majority have bad reviews.
