We ordered a lot because it was my birthday but the food came out pretty quickly. The waitress didn’t really come to check on us and I wish she would’ve because we kept finishing our water. I really liked the sampler platter! If you don’t know what to pick for an appetizer definitely get the stamper platter to try a little bit of everything.
Our server Ava, was great. Could do better on the cleaning and sanitizing of the seating and dining area. Fries were cold on arrival and chicken strips were more gristle than meat. But our server made everything better.
Very friendly staff . About a 10 min wait to be seated very busy location . Our sever was great ! She came quick and took our order . Any came to check to make sure everything was fine . Now the food a different story eggs over cooked . Link sausages We’re not cooked all the way . Pancakes delicious
The quick & on top service for a skeleton crew did a remarkable job. The food however, was not very good. My chicken, biscuits N gravy bowl was extremely bland. The chicken tasted like it's been sitting in a warmer for an hour. Look at the pic, do you even see gravy? My wife's French toast was rubbery & meh. The hostess & waitress saved the otherwise poor quality food. Post pandemic Denny's has been a disappointment in most of thier restaurants lately
Restaurant had only 4 tables filled, waitress had to clean a table for us. Bench and table were wet. We had to ask her to dry it off when she did she wiped off the bench and used the same paper towel on the table. I slipped into my seat on a plastic fork on the floor. Floor was filthy smelled like dirty mop. The husband had the Grand Slam. The cheese was so bad he couldn't finish it. Pancakes had no flavor. Sauce on sample platter appetizer chicken runny and ruined everything else on platter. Potatoes on sirloin steak plate were overcooked and flavorless. Corn was good. The food made me sick.
Bad service, pancakes had confetti on it when it was suppose to be plain,after returning them we get a replacement and my husbands had onions and hashbrown in it mine had grill marks on it , my veggie omelette had a piece of steak in it! Worse Denys, service and approach..never again atleast not here!
I went to this location for an after work breakfast at 3am. The bathrooms were disgustingly filthy. Looked & smelled like someone took a dumb on the floor. Ordered blueberry pancakes with strawberries on top the strawberries were old & soggy; all the blueberries were pulled in 1 spot. Was shocked they didn’t have waffles; curious as to what happened with that. Denny’s is different now. Less menu options. Fries were burnt but food was overall delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. Just have a cleaner restaurant next time please
Although I have been going therefor years I must say that the service was not good at all. Was asked if would like coffee I said no water is fine and I did not get any water. The waitress didn't show up until we were half way done with our meal. The seater took our order. Love the food not the serviceFood: 5/5
Total system failure A comedy of errors The staff is LETHARGIC at best, basically confused might be more descriptive. They did nothing the right way. This place is just throwing money away. What a waste of a building and restaurant. Still, people keep coming. For some, their standards of service and procedures is "different" than mine. Update Used Google. Went down the street to Flap Jacks. 100% different. Flap Jacks was total class. The way a restaurant should be run. I was seated, bathroom, order taken and the food in front of me, before I was ever even greeted at this Denny's.
The photo of nachos is nothing like what is given. I put chips in some dip. But they corrected a mistake they made for something else so Thanks.
