The food here is awful. Their "cornbread" is a dinner roll, the creamed spinach tastes spoiled and the stuffing was cold and like it came from a box. The sweet potato casserole and chicken we ordered was the only edible thing from here. Also, their Nashville "hot" chicken is two pieces of bread with a ketchup sauce and chicken patty.Food: 1/5
If I could give you ZERO stars I would not hesitate! Beyond HORRIBLE experience! We placed a catering order for pick-up of more than $600 for Thanksgiving for ALL of our family. We didn't want anyone cooking or bringing sides so this was supposed to be our entire dinner for that evening. We had scheduled our food pickup at 3:00pm. My husband walked in to pickup the order and he was told they were running behind and it would be max 1 hour of wait time. Due to the fact that we had no plan B he waited. Now fast-forward and 3 hours later while my husband waited and was told every time he asked, "It's almost ready" over and over, he cancelled our order. We couldn't really find any other place that was open now it being 6pm on a holiday. If you cannot handle that many orders, don't take that many orders on Holidays. Please don't ruin peoples plans. We felt bad for the employees as this is completely a management or corporate wrongdoing Thank you Boston Market for ruining our already sad Thanksgiving dinner, never again! Better off buying frozen food unfortunately. The chicken pot pie was dry and extremely bland. Chicken cordon blue was alright but the sides are bland as well. I carried out and tipped. Great locationeasy to find.
We always get good food here whenever we order. Catering is interesting. We hardly got anything for Thanksgiving and thankfully had just enough. We ordered that online. When we ordered and called in for Christmas Eve last minutethe same order as Thanksgiving we were expecting less. We got a ton of food. There needs to be some sort of consistency with the catering. Again, the food was great and the wait wasn’t long at all. My problem is I don’t know if the order is really going to serve 8 people.
I couldn't give NO STARS. I had to pick 1 star to post. I always order Thanksgiving dinner for my family, they love BM. There is always something wrong with my catering order, its either late, they forget something, but I always overlook the little things and order again This year my catering order was "missed" I had to go to the store and inquire about my 1hour late catering order. After waiting for 20 min she came to the front and gave me a refund No explanation no apologies. I asked her was is this and she said its a refund, we missed your oder. WHAT!!!! How the hell do you missed a $450 order placed on 11/8 and all you have to tell me is that you missed my order, that you had a lot of orders and a lot of customers and only a few workers. She was not sorry, had no solution for me. I will never again place a catering order with BM again. Be careful you might be left with no dinner for your family. SMH
I can’t leave zero or I would! The hours say they close at 10pm, it’s only 9:01 pm and no matter how many times I come here they don’t have any food left at night. I was just informed by the employees that there is only meatloaf, no chicken for the night! It is beyond ridiculous the limited number of sides they have too
On a Saturday they had a “Limited Menu” what I actually wanted wasn’t available… so I settled for the chicken it was dry and flavorless. Why would you have a limited menu on a Saturday? I can see why the chains are closing. I won’t go back.
I usually don't comment on fast food but this Boston Market location was very very good. Employees were pleasant, food was hot fresh and tasty, and location was well kept. Food: 5/5
Went to Boston Market today waited in parking lot for 25 minutes due to new years hours which is fine went in staff was friendly got my meal for 4. went home chicken was extremely dry skin was literally hard and corn bread was burnt when I took a bite of one found a rubber piece in corn bread that's horrible hopefully no one else got a piece like this.
