I love this Denny’s! I’ve been a waitress my whole life until I became a trucker. That being said, we’re human! We aren’t robots and sometimes we make mistakes! No mistakes were made last night! I enjoy this Denny’s every time I’m in Caldwell! I had the Country Fried Steak and Eggs last night and it was perfection! And I do mean that! The hash browns were just crispy enough, the meat was tender, the eggs were scrambled perfectly, The toast was toasted perfectly, and the gravy was yummy! Keep up the good work! Sage, Heather, and Morgan were excellent! Oh and the place looked super clean, which is always a big plus! I always say, if the dining room isn’t clean then you probably don’t want to see the kitchen! Great job y’all!
I was seated quickly. Received my drink quickly and had my order taken quickly. Even the food was brought out quickly. Only problem was my bourbon chicken sizzling skillet was missing broccoli. I asked about it and was told “oh yeah, we’re out of that. We’re out of everything but we get a truck tomorrow “. Might have been nice to know that when I ordered. I may have tried something else. But the skillet was cooked well. It wasn’t plated well with all the mushrooms together and all the onions together. It tasted good though.

I liked this Dennys. It has a real old time cafe feel. Truckers miss this a lot since new truck stops only have fast food. It felt great to sit down and relax. Especially with awesome friendly service. The food is good. Typical Dennys. You know what you get. I'll be back.Food: 4/5
I been to denny’s many times. Today was second time at this location. Last time when I came I got very good service. This time I waited for half an hr for waitress to take my order. Food was good but service was horrible. I asked for coffee second time she gave me cold one. I again asked for coffe then she said we are making new one. I don’t knw wat typ of coffee denny’s is using that take too long to make. She did not refill me. I asked for milk for my coffee she gave me glass of milk. I was like wat the hell is this. Horrible experience….
Stopped in for a quick snack and to hit the road again. Monica our waitress was super sweet and attentive. Knows how to interact with littles who are hyper from a road trip. Great place to eat if you live local or are just passing though!! Heather was the manager on shift and was also super friendly and inviting when we came in!!! Thanks again ladies for a great experience
Waited for an hour for our food and ended up leaving. After waiting 30 minutes a lady gave us a scratch off coupon free coffee and explained they were training a new cook and waitress which is understandable. However, an hour and nobody to even come and let us know our food was in the process of being made or to even see if we needed our drinks refilled? We left money on the table for a smoothie and coffee and left.
It was horrible! Didn’t even get the waitresses name. Waited 15 minutes for a drink and asked for a refill and was told to “hold on a sec”. Customers waited for a drink request, not only us. She was slow and irritating. But she chatted up a table of four to get a good tip while everyone else waited to be served. I will never ever go here again. Coffee was cold and waited to long to get cream. Hire better help. Vegetarian options: They had options
God I was so furious. We ordered on their website for food to go. Took us ten minutes to get to the restaurant. We waited around outside for a bit with the dog and put him in the car and went inside. No one came out for twelve minutes to even seat us or notice we were there. We were finally seated and given coffee to wait for our order to finish. We waited 45 minutes in total and the waitress told us they the cook hadn't even started to cook our order. We tried to get a refund and because we ordered online they couldn't refund our money. We just left without food and ouroney because it was such a horrible experience. Worst restaurant ever.
Waitress sucks! Waited 14 min to get seated. After getting seated, took 35 minutes to get drinks and anouther 10 min for silverware and napkins. No refills at all. It's been almost 40 min and still waiting for food. I will never come here again. Don't recommend to anybody including the drivers who want a quick meal and continue on there day instead of waisting hrs waiting on this short, black haired female to do her job!
