Went to this school when it was a jr high. So grade 8 to 10 almost 25 odd yrs ago. 2 yrs of living hell at this dump. Bullies got away with anything. Had a shop teacher that didnt do anything to help the guys but did most of the work for the girls. If u didnt know the answers ur considered stupid and a waste of his time. Worst part is the full yr course with 4 classes, then switch to ur other 4. I fell behind in math and english, i had to play catch up during my useless shop class. I was surprised i managed a c+ grade when i finished the school yrs.
Delview is a great secondary school with very caring teachers that communicate properly regarding our kids and progress or regress. I have a special needs kid going to school here and he feels at home, accepted and is thriving quite well.
Schools okay, could have done done better. If your gonna go here pray you get music. We just listened to music and played guitar.
Although other reviews offer legitimate criticisms this is a good school. The staff are amazing and it's a nice school. I like going here and can't imagine going elsewhere.
Smallest high school in North delta but recently renovated . Needs to offer more programs/ courses as the other high schools in the area. Many grade 11 /12 students leave the school due to not having the required courses they need for their future.
