Absolutely the worst service imaginable. The most stubborn and rude man. If you can’t properly hem a simple pair of pants and the stitching comes undone that is on you. Not the customer for picking it up and realizing what a horrible job you’ve done and the nerve to want to charge us more for your mistake. Avoid this place completely.
Avoid using the stream cleaning rental equipment! They do not back up the reliability of the accessories. The attachment I needed was defective, so I couldn't properly use the product. On a $68.50 rental including cleaning fluid, rented at the end of the day on Friday and returned at 9am on Saturday, I got $4 back. Unbelievable!
