Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Will not be going back there ever! Would give 0 stars if I could !

Worst dry cleaners in Toronto! After they ruined my Canada Goose jacket, I asked for a refund and the owner Maria started yelling at me calling me stupid and crazy. Apparently as long as your item doesn't burn or disappear then youre not entitled to a refund or the 10x the value of the service.

I only send shirts here, haven't had any problems
