Delta Medical Clinic

Staff at this clinic are very helpful. Yes it does get busy there and can be frustrating if you have to wait a long time. Drs Cheng and Clarke are very knowledgeable and patient. Some of the other doctors there are fine for prescription refills but not so helpful, hence only 4 stars.

I would give a 0 star if I could. I called the clinic yesterday and the receptionist was exceptionally rude and told me she would call me back. Then I called back today and the office manager answers the phone with an aggressive tone, cutting me off repeatedly and when I defended myself she said I was banned from coming to the clinic. I asked for her name so I could report the situation to my lawyer and she refused and was even more irate. This place is disgusting and I would warn everyone to stay away.

I arrived there + -7.00pm after checking their "good" reviews online and they had posted being open to 8.00pm, but no surprise they were closed. I believe their reviews are fake.
