A great alternative compared to conventional takeout. Delaney's has a wide selection of meals to choose from, all of which I feel are portioned fairly. They definitely capture the authentic homemade taste. Can be pricey depending on what you get, but I suppose that's justified given the quality and convenience.
The BEST chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had in my whole life! The one I had was still warm! Workers were very friendly and helpful not to mention how fresh and delicious their sandwiches and salad were! 100% recommend this place!
I would have loved to try the food as I heard good things but I walked up to the door last night at 7:50pm when the website and sign on the door say they close at 8pm and the employee working locked the door in front on me and said they were closed. I would have chosen something quickly, paid and left within 10 minutes. Not a good look. I drove out there specifically to try out the food and this experience does not make me want to try again. Poor customer service Delaney’s. Update your hours or close at your public ally posted closing time.
We ordered a Shepard’s Pie for my 90 yr old father in law’s birthday. He had a stroke and as a result, he can’t have most foods. He is a very picky eater. When he asked “is there any more Shepherd’s Pie,” we all looked at each other said, “We’ll order this every time he’s over!” We all said it was the best Shepard’s Pie we ever had!
A wide selection of prepared foods at good prices, Delaney's is a good place to go for a meal that's easy to prepare! I go there if friends are coming, or if I need something just for myself. They have good sized portions as well, so I usually get 2-3 means out of a single dish. Desserts are delicious, probably some of my favorites! A great place to go for good eats to prep at home.
Satellite location of the Delaney house... need dinner and don't want to cook? Here you go, as long as you are feeding a few ppl. Varied selection of not frozen, ready to cook dinners. Be ready to feed ppl, or freeze. ALSO, some great niche craft beers, no bud lite here. I got some strawberry milk stout and a lasagna that I haven't eaten yet.
Delaney's Market has been great for us especially right now when it's so much easier to bring home meals instead of trying to get to the grocery store and find all the ingredients you need. I've been very happy with the quality of the food. The meat lasagna is delicious!
Delaney’s offers a variety of dishes in individual, two person, and family serving sizes. I purchase several entrees recently for family and friends as a treat during our time of social distancing. The eggplant parmigiana was partnered with a flavorful tomato sauce. The shepherd’s pie was loaded with beef, corn, and topped with creamy whipped potatoes. The quiche was well received, and beef stroganoff and chicken marsala also are recommended. Salads were fresh and flavorful, but be better if lettuce was torn in smaller pieces. The hot out of the oven apple pie was phenomenal; the crust was delicate, melt in your mouth light, and the chunky apple filling was not overly sweet. Get it before they wrap it in plastic wrap. I will return and look forward to trying other selections.
Chicken pot pie and chicken parmigiana left alot to be desired....minimal flavor with over cooked pasta and both dishes the chicken was incredibly dry even with the sauce in both dishes. I've had asian noodles and the chili before and those were also very disappointing. The chili just tastes like tomatoes and the noodles just had an bad flavor. Probably wont go back to be disappointed a 3rd time.
I love Delaney's!! The food is excellent and I haven't gotten anything that I didn't like yet. The employees are awesome, courteous and very helpful. I've also purchased many gift cards there for my family and they love it also!!
