For being a new client they provided poor service. They had the routeing number not even my bank the wrong account number which was not even mine which I didn't catch till after Cassie transferred my taxes by e-file. My taxes where filed on the 19th of Feb and the IRS still says they haven't accepted them. When I called her with my concerns her exact words were "it's no big deal they'll just send you a check by mail . Well first off I paid for my taxes to be filed by e-file. Secondly it is a big deal to me when you find out the tax preparer who you should be able to trust sends your legal information to the IRS with errors. And she continues to say she did nothing wrong. Read my prepared tax papers she prepared and you will see her errors. I know mistakes happen but the way she handled herself was unprofessional. She said she'd be glad to refund my money I paid her for preparing my taxes. She said last Tuesday she would put it in the mail the next day. 10 days later still don't have it. I gave her some advice I said in the future maybe you should make it a rule to ask for a voided check with the clients information on it hopefully that would fix the problem. Obviously it offended her had no intentions of doing that. It's been a nightmare for me and all she could say was it's no big deal. This business is located in Harlan Iowa, not Sioux Falls
