Sent me a bill with an envelope to pay it. E envelope is so cheap that your information can be read very easily. The bill doesn't let you know who to make a check out to on the bill, but then again that wouldn't be safe in the envelope. They want your card information where anyone who handles the mail could easily steal all of it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Jennifer Miller, the "supervisor" didn't listen to me or answer any of my questions, instead she was condescending and rude, instead of doing her job, she kept saying I'm not going to fight with you. Like that doesn't answer any of the questions I just asked you. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever received. Do they not live in the same world as the rest of us?

Worthless management absolutely rude so I turned them into FTC and will again if they call my work number. After I told not to. Know your rights as a consumer and have no problem telling them they are wrong. And no matter what they claim just send a check for an amount you can handle are they really not going to cash it seriously.

Very judgmental people. Don't care about you. My ex-wife made some medical bills while we were legally separated but before we were divorced. They found a way to force me to pay for her bill or have it as a judgment on my credit history. Even though I told them that.

Samm Olsen sounds like she's reading from a script.
I called in to make a one time pay all payment. Take care of the whole debt at once and they were STILL rude. Had to repeat the name on the account four different times and when I said "for the fourth time" lady says "if you're going to be rude..." and hung up on me.
It's bad enough these people are the absolute, zero contribution portion of society. Shouldn't have to put up with attitude from a $13/hour, soon to be replaced by a computer, hag.
