Deedar's Restaurant

I am giving them five stars only because it is impossible to give more stars. We had lunch at this place, and it will be our place to go. We ordered Koobideh and Chicken breast kabobs. Both were tasty, and the presentation was exceptional. The rice was also excellent. The portions were so generous that we had to get a doggy bag and take home the left over. The gentleman who waited our table was very polite. The ambiance and decoration of the restaurant were phenomenal. I couldn't ask for more from a restaurant.

Great Place to have Persian Food, service was great and this is the first time a server tells us that we are overordering food and we will not be able to finish. The place is nice and warm and nicely decorated, the only downside for me was that the music was a bit loud like 7/10, maybe I am exaggerating because it was Persian music playing and I could not understand a thing. Overall I liked this place the servers were really great and the place was clean. We will go again.

One if not the best Persian food restaurant currently in Toronto. Unlike some previous well known establishments for Persian cuisine where the quality of service and food magically disappears after a few months, this place has been consistently providing great authentic food coupled with friendly staff. Portions are massive and food quality is superb. Reminds me of home cooked meals I used to have back in Iran. Can't wait to go back!

The ambiance at Deedar was nice. Went there for lunch. Not busy, so the service was fast. We ordered plater #2 that advised it's good to share for 2-3 people. The presentation was nice, but the quantity of meat didn't match the one advertised in the menu or website. You can see the difference with the photo of our order. Anyways, taste-wise, the food was delicious. Personally, I preferred the chicken, then the veal skewer which was small for our order and least the ground beef. The rice was cooked perfectly, and it was a generous portion. Not much veggie on the platter but we ordered pressed yogurt as a side dish. Overall, it was a nice experience.

You know when you just have a Koooooobideh craving? This is the place you go. Friendly and caring waitstaff. Came on a busy night which explained the slower service but honestly the food quality was amazing. For a first experience this place killed it. Keep up the great work!

Deedar Persian Restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere with its chic decoration and perfect design. The workers are polite and nice, which adds to the overall pleasant dining experience. My wife and I ordered Kebab Torsh and Badenmjan Kebabi. The Bademjan Kebabi was served with wonderful bread that was a great complement to the dish. The Kebab Torsh was delicious, although some of the pieces were rare. However, the waitress was quick to offer to replace the undercooked pieces when we informed her of the issue. We appreciated the restaurant's willingness to take responsibility and correct the mistake, which is why we are giving them a 5-star rating. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Deedar Persian Restaurant. The food was tasty, and the service was excellent. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Persian cuisine dining experience.

Everything was fine till we saw a very HUGE RAT passing by! The table behind us saw it too and immediately left after. It was unbelievable. We have never encountered such a thing. We let the owner know about the issue but seemed like he already knew about it as he was NOT surprised at all! I do not recommend going to this place unless they prove they have a certificate of health and safety hanged somewhere visible to the customers. Major health violation! Rats and mice in general carry indefinite number of diseases! It is unacceptable

Good food and great service. I loved the freshly made pita that came with our side. The staff were super friendly and attentive even though they were super busy. The portions of our meals was pretty decent. I loved how we each got our rice with the tahdig. I wouldn't say it was the best kabab I ever had but it was very good. I highly recommend you give this place a shot.

After checking around to find a new persian restaurant to go to I ended up at deedar on a saturday night with bunch of friends.nice decor with a warm ambiance.Tasty kebobs cooked to perfection.my non persian friends and i loved it.Everything about it just seemed right.farhood was very attentive.This is the only persian restaurant that i will take my guests from now on.

Easily amongst the best kabob restaurant in the GTA. Bountiful portion sizes perfectly cooked to the right tenderness juiciness not overdone like other Persian restaurants. Nice prompt service and excellent value overall!Food: 5/5
