If you have not been to Deccan Spice you are missing out! The menu is full of delicious options. The food is made to order & the service is fantastic! Although it is takeout only due to covid ~ it is the best takeout in TBay! Syed & Zeba are wonderful! Highly recommend......everything!
We stumbled across DS while try to find something open during these trying times. What a find! We were quickly greeted & presented the specials. To start we had the pakora platter & samosas. The mains were the classics Butter chicken & a version of Butter Chicken which was deep fried.
I ordered lamb biriyani , though the quantity was great, flavour wasn’t remarkable. Spices were overused to a point where the food tasted bitter. It lacked the “wow” factor of lamb biriyani and it was a tedious task to find the tiny lamb pieces. Not worth the money.
Absolutely dynamite! I’ve ate at every Indian place in Canada probably not lol but this place is my absolute favourite. I’ve order there many many times and every time has been ridiculously delicious. You certainly won’t be disappointed with Deccan Spice.
Food was fast. But v spicey. And was not much tastey.
Best food in Thunder Bay . Best dishes to try are fried butter chicken and samosas
This food is really good. I'm picky and typically are critical of everything. I really have zero complaints. Nice dudes even when just stopping in to pick up my food.
WORST INDIAN FOOD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE THE FOOD QUALITY AND THE TASTE. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN.
