I had a wonderful experience coming to decathlon here at market mall. I had to get my chain on my bike replaced and I was very lucky to have Quinn service my bike within 20 minutes, giving it a little check up and charging me for the chain only. The service is second to none and the price for a tuneup on your bike is very very pleasing probably better than any bike shop in the city. I’ll be bringing my bike here from now on. I’ve shopped in the past here for a winter apparel and other things and have been very pleased with the quality, price and the service. nnWent in today to have my winter tires switched out to my summer slicks. I found Prakeet and Hani super helpful, professional, and courteous, They looked after me amazingly. They were able to switch out my tires while I waited and checked out my bike at the same time. The service and the price are exceptional. I would go nowhere else to have my bike serviced.nnAugust 29th, 2025nnI went in for a tuneup and decided to get a new stem at 35° so that I could ride more upright. Also found a gel cover for my seat for a more comfortable ride. I just have to say that Hani and the team at decathlon Market Mall are just excellent. The service is wonderful, while I was waiting for my bike Hani let me test ride one of their e-bikes. I know when I’m ready for an e-bike I’ll be coming here to make a purchase.
Came in to get a beginner’s bike and Sami was a great help to us. Helped with adjustments and made sure we got the right fit. Great experience and customer service. Thank you!

Their bicycle service is awesome. I have recommended to tons of people to buy Decathlon bikes on the basis of the service center.nnAs someone who commutes 16 km a day year round, I need a lot of maintenance, and these guys are always helpful, quick, and affordable. I pay multiple times as much at other shops to service my other bike. It's such a big incentive to buy Decathlon.nnShout-out to the Australian senior tech sorry I forget his name who always seems to be able to come up with a solution to the unusual forms of damage I always seem to be inflicting on my poor bike!
