Mason from the bike workshop is absolutely THE best! He fixed and tuned up my two bikes road and TT and did an amazing job. They are both working perfectly now. He did a far better job than any other bike shop I’ve taken my bikes to before.nnI highly recommend their workshop for bike tune-ups and part replacements!
Amazing team, knowledgeable and helpful, it’s hard to find another store these days that you can find help within seconds. Lots of in store experience which is nice. Wide product selection too! Glad they are in Calgary now!
I had a wonderful experience coming to decathlon here at market mall. I had to get my chain on my bike replaced and I was very lucky to have Quinn service my bike within 20 minutes, giving it a little check up and charging me for the chain only. The service is second to none and the price for a tuneup on your bike is very very pleasing probably better than any bike shop in the city. I’ll be bringing my bike here from now on. I’ve shopped in the past here for a winter apparel and other things and have been very pleased with the quality, price and the service.
I had a fantastic experience getting my bike fixed at the Market Mall workshop today. The staff member, Sunny if I recall correctly, was friendly and thoroughly explained everything, ensuring I understood what needed to be done. The service was quick, and my bike is running perfectly now. Highly recommend!
I took my kids' bikes to the bicycle service department for some adjustment, and I received exceptional service! I was impressed by their expertise, genuine willingness to help, and the fair cost of the repairs. Absolutely deserve a big thumbs up and definitely be going back for all our future bicycle needs.
