Worked with Charlie Smith... Thank you for everything with my purchase of my new 2018 Ford Raptor (race red) Saturday February 3, 2018. You are an awesome Sales Consultant and even stayed past your normal dealership hours on Friday to work with me to complete this purchase. There are several things that you did in my humble opinion that drove this sale. I have the top 7 items listed below: 1) No high pressure sales pitch. (High sales pressure sucks). 2) Developed a trust factor almost immediately. (Wow). 3) Work over the phone on a trade amount for my 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat without demanding that I bring my truck to your dealership first. (Being that I was approximately 400 miles from your dealership, that was extremely important to me!) 4) After we stuck a DEAL, you did not require a down payment telling me you would waive it as long as we completed delivery on Saturday February 3, 2018. (Awesome, simply awesome. I left me home Saturday February 3, 2018 at 1:00 AM driving all night and even beat you to the dealership. I got into Tawas at 7:00 AM but that was good because I had breakfast). 5) Filled the gas tank with premium fuel. (This was important to me because the Ford Raptor is high performance. I will be using premium ethanol free fuel in the Raptor at all times going forward). 6) Gave me a FORD hat. (That could have been a deal breaker not getting one. (Lol). As I told you, I bleed the Blue Ford Oval). 7) Allowing me to write a personal check for the purchase of my Raptor. (Wow again… the trust factor).

The work was done in a very timely manner and was actually less than the estimate I was given in advance. Melissa was and is always very nice to work with. Very pleased with the result of my latest service.

This visit to the service department was to perform routine maintenance on my 2011 F 150. Service included the advertised "WORKS" and my visual evaluation of the brake pads and rotor wear. All were acceptable. The key thing here is that the service people supported my review and I find that commendable. The remainder of the repairs were completed as expected without issues.
