This horrible company has locked us into buying an interac pos AFTER cancelling our service with them. Not only did they get me to pay the early cancellation penalty which I understand given the early cancellation but forcing us to buy the interac pos terminal for over $2000 is beyond ridiculous. News outlets should do an investigative report on these guys given the amount of people duped into their shady business ethic and trapping and penalizing people into paying for used machines at brand new prices for cancelling business with them. Unacceptable!

Rented a debit machine from them which was used and the cord faulty so it took 3 days to get replaced. This was already shockingly bad because 99% of our customers pay with cards. The replacement failed again after a few months too. That's when they asked for over $100 for a replacement cord. This was right after I realized there was over $2000 of fraudulent activities under our account and we decided to cut our losses as lower credit card rates are not worth the risk. That's when they informed us about a $600 cancelation fee and later we realized they are still taking money directly from our bank. After a follow-up and days spent on the phone try to understand the situation they told me that there is another $1900 hidden cancelation fee for the debit machine and that they don't want it back even if I ship it to them. This company is a fraudulent and I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and my lawyer regarding their criminal activities.

They don't have a "Zero" rating or I would use that. My dealings were with Baljeet Judge. We had not received invoices from them they send via Canada Post. Claimed that they had called and left message at ext 6...which isn't an extension in this office. No working with them. Demand for payment and that is it--if not paid then to 3rd party collection. As soon as we can get out of this agreement, it won't be too soon. Poor customer service to say the least.

Poor business ethics. Our school rented a printer from their partner in Vancouver. Because of COVID-19, we are closing office temporarily and resume offline in summer. We emailed and called many times to ask them for a solution. They asked for full payment, which is for 23 months, even we wanted to continue the contract in summer. Then they tricked us paying settlement fee for more than $600 dollars. When we paid in full, they then asked us to ship machine from Vancouver to Toronto. Don't deal with them ever.

What a horrific company to deal with.. their business model is to lock you into contracts, hang you out to dry when the equipment breaks down and then send you to collections. Buyer beware indeed.

This place is a scam. They rope you into buying a machine, and then insert a clause that auto renews each year. Anyone that buys products from this company beware! Always read the Evergreen Clause in the fine print or you will be tricked into a new contract. Awful company with rude customer service.

I had applied for a position with this company and received an e-mail and subsequent phone call from Nidhi Kharbanda to schedule a 25-30 minute initial telephone interview. We set and agreed to a date and time and I prepared myself to be available at that time. When the time came, no phone call. 10 minutes later I had to take my attention away from the phone, then noticed a missed call from Nidhi 12 minutes after our agreed upon time. Her voicemail to me said that we had a telephone interview at 3pm. It was already 12 minutes past 3pm by this point. When I attempted to return the call, I got voicemail and never got a courtesy call back. Very unprofessional. Everyone’s time has value and please be truthful...you were “late”. An apology and a courtesy return phone call would have been appreciated. Not good HR practices.

Poor customer service and lack of accountability. This company will try to cheat you. I wish 0 stars was an option. Will never do business with these guys again. Buyer beware.

Just called to get some information on our current leases which is about 5 leases and realized that our address was not correct on their file the employee of the line would not change these over the phone as she said it would take at least 1 hour to do this, really an hour to change possibly 5 files very unhelpful - not impressed - poor customer service.
