"Dayton General Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, Level V Trauma Center, and Level III Cardiac and Stroke Center designations. More commonly known as Columbia County Health System, we are comprised of Columbia Family Clinic, Waitsburg Clinic, Booker Rest Home, and Dayton General Hospital. Our Rural Health Clinics are here for primary care and behavioral health needs 6 days a week. We are staffed with 3 primary care medical doctors, a board certified emergency medicine doctor, a board certified pediatrician, and 4 mid-level family practice providers. Our Lab and Radiology Departments are open till 11:00pm M-F and 8-5 on Saturday, accessible through our 24hr Emergency Dept. entrance."

A complaint against Lanlan - a lab staff: Dear director of the lab, Today I drew blood as part of my annual physical health test. A Chinese female staff of yours, whose name I believe is “Lanlan” was the professional responsible for the blood drawing. She came off as rude, unprofessional, and offensive. She asked me unwanted personal questions repeatedly. She questioned my mental health. She claimed that I had paranoia and schizophrenia. She’s a bad listener and very judgmental. I felt she behaved arrogantly in front of me precisely because I came from the same country that she did, and therefore she had authority over me, based on the fact that she arrived in the US earlier than I did. I think her behavior is unbecoming of your great institution. Please give her a formal warning. Remind her to behave professionally and treat every patient the same, regardless of national origins. Every time I take family or clients to Dayton hospital they are treated with respect and sincere caring. Have never been disappointed in the experience there with drs. or nurses.
My mom went in tonight for a migraine with severe nausea and vertigo. The nurse Stephanie, as well as the practitioner nurse and front desk were helpful and speedy to get her better. Just wanted to give a personal thank you for the help and I'm so glad my mom is feeling better to get a good night's sleep, I hate seeing her suffer. I was worried there wouldn't be anything they could do but I was proved wrong. Thank you again, it means so much to me
Dr & staff were so rude unconcerned with my problem. They didn't help me at all
Physical therapy is awesome! The palliative care team is amazing and caring. Doctors and nurses are wonderful!
Do your nurses sit around and play cards as Senator Walsh seems to think? I'm pretty sure they don't.
Wonderful Physical Therapy Facilty with State of the art Therapy Pool etc.
Phone service is unaccepable
