Dr. Shields is very attentive and kind. She orders any tests she thinks will help to diagnose, and refers to specialist when needed. I never felt rushed with her. I hate to see her leave, but I understand her reasons.

I’ve been with Dr. Shields for approx seven years. She genuinely cares about you. She’s easy to talk with, she listens & explains well, & she’s competent. She remembers your history, even probs that she isn’t directly involved with. She’s the perfect doctor. Would rate her a ten. Hate to see her leaving.

Had to wait 2 weeks for her to call in emergency Rx refill to last me to my appointment with her. She sent referral to gastroenterologist for my Crohns - didn’t need an appt - I need my next colonoscopy. It’s been 5 years. Offended that she said it was “nice to meet me” after the appointment when I’ve already been in to see her for my last physical. Made me feel that she just gets her patients in and out and doesn’t take time to get to know them or at least pretend she does by reviewing the chart before coming into the exam room.

Doctor Shields is very kind, understanding and easy to talk to. Is driven to help, heal and is quick to action.

I recently moved to the Treasure Valley and needed a primary physician; I am delighted to have found Dr Shields. Dr. Shields demonstrated a sincere interest in me and created a comfortable environment. She listened carefully to concerns, and addressed each with professional expertise. I highly recommend her.

Dr Shields has been my Doctor for 15 years. She is fantastic! A truly caring and loving Doctor. I can talk to her about anything… I have a complicated medical history, and she takes excellent care of me!

Dr Shields have been my physician for 2 years now and she is wonderful. She translates all the medical terms into words that a non medical person cannot easily understand. I highly recommend her!

Dr Shields is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The nurses are kind and efficient. The room had been sanitized. The office staff was friendly and there was just a short wait.

Dr. Shields is amazing! Very caring and takes time for her patients. The only complaint I have is she is always running behind now at this new location. However she is always very apologetic! Always wait to get checked in and seems like not enough staff out front.

I have always trusted Dr Shields and I know she goes out of her way to treat my sometimes complicated symptoms and conditions. This last appointment on-line was just as satisfying. She is cheerful, and she works with me, including me in my treatment choices. She is an excellent doctor.
