Truck no. 400522nDate 24-10-2024nThis guy around 3:30 PM near CERES terminal try to fight with me. He came out of his truck knock my driver side door and punch on my side door for 3 to 4 times and did races comment on me. Keep on telling me to go back where you come from you don’t belong here and just abusing me a lot without any reason. Whenever i try to capture video of him suddenly change this behaviour. I hope there will be a strong action against this disgusting guy
Can’t imagine why I’d be disappointed with this service. They plunked a pallet behind my car / blocking my driveway. Surely you can do better.
Ordered a TV off Walmart app. This company was to deliver my TV. The Walmart app said delivered but I didn't receive my TV. I called the next day and they told me Walmart requested it back. I called this company and got someone who couldn't give me a logical answer so I asked to speak with someone else. I asked this lady, where's my TV and why is Walmart requesting it back and she hung up on me. Called again call when silent so I called again spoke with a woman who could see that on Day and Ross paperwork was all wrong and she couldn't understand it. She looked into it for a few hours and found out that they switched the delivery address from mine to their warehouse. She called a Walmart where is was apparently sent back too which let me add wasn't the store it was sent from and they told her to call Dartmouth office but they don't have a warehouse number so she told me she's emailed all this information that she took a screenshot of. Then a man calls me said he's got no clue I told him he's scandalous and told him I'm going to continue to look into it. These ppl are outright stealing.
A logistics company that cant do their own logistics. Had two deliveries through them. One was missing part of the order which was located at the terminal and delivered only after 10 days and the second one was lost.nHorrible customer service, was waiting on the line for 45 minutes just to hear that they can’t help. Only after i escalated it to the manager i received an update about the shipment.nI dont recommend using this company for any services.
Have an item being delivered by Day & Ross, tried calling to arrange a pick up instead. Two hours on hold and still no answer.nTried again a day later, after a hour the call is answered, and I provide the information requested and then the person on the phone simply hangs up with no further response. Worse customer service ever.
