Took my Acura in after I was hit by a moose calf. Took 2 weeks for them to change the front drivers side quarter panel. When I took it in, told them the issues running rough, power steering leak, lights issues, knock from drivers side steering, etc. ya, the panel looks great and they feathered the paint beautifully. But when I went to pick it up, the VSA light was on, the battery died, and now the car fully disabled the VSA. Took them over an hour to connect the code reader to it. Now I’m stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery again and they are refusing to fix what wasn’t an issue before it went in, but now it is. They told me the battery was never dead or removed from the vehicle. That’s a lie. I can tell because my seat setting memory was erased and the stereo was needing the code to u lock. These only happen if the battery is dead or removed. Suggest not going to them.

Talbert and all the staff at CSN Collison were amazing. They made sure my car was fixed properly and looked great when they were finished with it. From the front desk to all the staff working on fixing and cleaning my car went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Hit a deer with the work truck. Dean and the ladies up front did everything possible to get me in quick. Great service
