Bannister Ford Dawson Creek

Poor feedback- I had to phone at 5 pm to find out what was up with my service?! I had to phone again 40 minutes later to find out where my lift was to collect my car! I had credits on my account and this information was not readily available! I was phoned the next day to confirm my credit. One credit was not available. I was promised a follow up on this call. None came. So I am not impressed!

Friendly staff and eager to please. Would have gotten 5 stars but like any other dealership the price they show on line always gets tweaked up by the time you're ready to sign. Chris wheeler was awesome. Thanks amigo

Bought a new F150 from Bannister Ford in Dawson Creek. The sales manager Darrick Boyes is one of the kindest most professional people I have ever Met. He listened to everything I said and remembered my preferences. Darrick went out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied and received the vehicle I was particularly looking for! What a great team of people. Bought my first vechicle from a dealership with Bannister Dawson Creek, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and Cam was awesome. Everyone there is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made my experience very special. Thanks for everything.
