Bought a 2019 F150 from these guys about a month ago. It's a beautiful truck and came with a an old canopy free of charge.nnThese guys have gone above and beyond on multiple aspects of customer care. They have a strong sense of integrity.nnTo name just one of the many things they did to support me, I had it inspected after purchase just to make sure I wasn't missing anything. They found that the front crank seal was broken and there was some oil leak leaking. I called the sales manager Jerry, and he immediately offered to pay to fix it.nnThey also did a great job of getting it shipped down to me in Whistler area.nnI wouldn't hesitate to buy my next Ford from them.

I was visiting my wife’s family in Dawson Creek and we planned on driving from Dawson Creek to Edmonton. 3 days before our trip, we notice that one of our tires is really worn out and needed a replacement. We’ve visited a couple of places and had no luck with getting our vehicle serviced. We went to Banister Ford and we were helped by Mike from parts and ordered us the tires which arrived overnight. We talked to Kieran from the service department and explained our situation and immediately booked us for tire installation once the tires arrived at the shop. They understood the risk of long driving with a bad tire and did their best to accommodate us. The team is well organized, informative and efficient.
