Wonderful dining experience and friendly staff! Food was delivered quickly and was all very tasty. One star off because you needed to scan a QR code to get to the menu but otherwise no complaints!nnP.S: The 8th floor has a hidden room where the lizard people congregate. They meet there on the second Sunday of every month at 7:00 pm. Do not try attend if you are not on the invite list or they’ll remove your teleportation privileges and cut off your tail! Learned that the hard way.
I personally liked my experience here. The community is very nice, and volunteering for Dawson helped me learn and experience new things and skills. The teachers I had were often very nice and understanding.nnMoreover, the college is easily accessible by metro and we have a mall next door for shopping or for eating if a break is needed. The open green space and the Peace garden around the college is also very nice for a school that is next to downtown.nnParking, however, is very difficult to find, so I do not suggest driving to school. You can, however, pay for the student parking at the Alexis Nihon's parking garage on a monthly term.
Great staff and teachers, did computer science. One nitpick I would give is the cafe could have been a bit bigger, there's usually no place to sit by yourself
This lovely college, historic buildings, positive vibe and energetic atmosphere.
I dont have a smart phone for personal and financial reasons and this made it almost impossible to apply to this college.nnWasnt able to apply online without a number that could receive an SMS had to go into the college in person, and miss half a day of work, where i was shuttled back and forth multiple times between admissions and the AEC office, before being told to just lie on my application online by confirming i could receive the texts.nnA quick 10 min interview was a requisite for acceptance, this was to be done with a video call and all the times offered were in the middle of the day during my work shift. I sent an email explaining that dont have access to a smart phone with data anf dont have a break from my work shift at that time but ended my shift at 3 and could be back at home for an interview at 4, I was told i was to be contacted later.nnThe later contact was a phone call admonishing me for failing to sign up for an appointment where i had to re explain my situation as the first administrated had failed to note it down in my file and was told i was going to be contacted later.nnthe next contact was a new appointment by email in the middle of the day during my shift. I explained once more by email that i wasnt available at that time but could be after 4 in the afternoon and was never contacted again until i got a rejection email.nnThe administration is inept and the system is byzantine.
